Brentwood, Tennessee (USA) A pathology group affiliated with a national reference laboratory is seeking a Hematopathologist to join our growing practice. This position is primarily focused on clinical flow cytometry interpretation and sign-out for a high-volume hematologic malignancy service. The ideal candidate will have several years of post-fellowship experience in high-volume multiparametric flow cytometry, expertise in the diagnosis and classification of hematologic disorders, an interest in assay development and innovation, and excellent communication skills to support consultation with oncologists, hematologists, pathologists, and laboratory personnel. Exceptional recent fellowship graduates with strong flow cytometry expertise may be considered.
Applicants must hold American Board of Pathology (ABP) certification in AP and/or CP, as well as subspecialty certification in Hematopathology, and be eligible for medical licensure in applicable states. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required. The position may be on-site, fully remote, or hybrid, offering exceptional practice flexibility. Compensation includes a competitive monthly compensation package and an additional performance-based bonus structure.
Optional responsibilities in bone marrow, lymph node, and peripheral blood morphology are available based on the candidate's interests, experience, and geographic location.
