Lead Retrieval

Lead retrieval packages are now available for purchase. Click here to place an order. Early pricing is available until August 22nd.
This service will allow you to scan attendees' badges when they visit your booth to collect their contact information. A real-time report will be shared with you during the workshop.

General Information

Each exhibit booth table includes:
  • • One 6' table
  • • Two chairs
  • • One identification sign
  • • One wastebasket
Additional Equipment
To order any equipment (including power, audiovisual, etc), please order directly through the hotel's in-house AV company, Encore, using the following link - Encore Order Link.

Shipping Equipment
The hotel shipping sheet can be viewed here, please be sure to complete the form and email it to the hotel contact as directed on the form. Please note that you may ship items out from the hotel and hotel staff will take these items down to the dock for pickup, however, it is very important that you schedule a pickup time with their preferred shipping company. Even if Fedex comes to pick-up other boxes, they will not pick-up any items that have not been scheduled. If you have items that need to be shipped out to another location for another event, they should be marked as an expedited pick-up.

Exhibit Location
The exhibit tables are located in Regency EFG, please note the room will be locked overnight. The Society for Hematopathology is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Early Registration Deadline

Exhibit Bingo Game

This is an incentive for attendees to scan their badge at your booth. If an attendee visits every participating exhibit booth, they will be entered into a drawing to win an Amazon gift card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or reductions in booth space must be made in writing to [email protected]. Written cancellations must be received before July 31, 2025 for a full refund, minus a $250 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 31, 2025.
