Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reductions in booth space must be made in writing to [email protected]. Written cancellations must be received no later than 60 days prior to the meeting and will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the meeting unless booth space is resold, in which case you will receive a 50% refund.
