The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine of the Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at the University of Vermont (UVM) and the University of Vermont Health Network seeks an academic hematopathologist for a full-time faculty appointment on the Clinical Scholar Pathway at any professorial rank. The successful candidate will work in the Division of Laboratory Medicine at the University of Vermont Medical Center as part of the UVM Health Network. The applicant must be board-certified in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology, and board-eligible or certified in Hematopathology. Additional training and/or experience in cytogenetics and/or molecular genetic pathology is desirable. The candidate should be committed to teaching medical students, residents, and hematopathology fellows. Scholarly activities may include clinical, translational and/or health services research, and candidates should provide a description of their academic work and future plans in their cover letter.
