Position Description: The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center (RPCCC) seeks to recruit an academic Hematopathologist at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank. The successful candidate will join an expanding Hematopathology team to provide subspecialty diagnostic services and translational research support to an outstanding and enthusiastic clinical and scientific staff in a collegial and cooperative environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in the diagnosis and management of a broad range of cases in hematopathology. Experience and qualifications in flow cytometry or molecular diagnostics is desirable.
Qualifications: Candidates must be American board certified in anatomic pathology and hematopathology. A current New York State license and Certificate of Qualification is highly desired. The ideal candidate should be committed to excellent patient care as well as scholarship and effective teaching.
